Well this is it. Tomorrow is the big day. Tomorrow night at this time Sloane should be in our arms. Please keep us in our prayers that our baby girl will get here safe and with no complications. Everyone has been so helpful and supportive during this whole processes and Jeremy and I can not thank our family and friends enough. We love all of you. Stay tuned for pictures of our daughter. We cant wait to hold and kiss her.
