Sloane is 3 weeks old today. I cant believe how the time has passed. She is going through a crying phase right now. Apparently this child is already spoiled. She wants to sleep in your arms and throws a fit when you lay her down. Bad bad bad habit to get into with your baby. Tonight I let her cry for 60 seconds to see if she would stop and comfort herself or tire herself to sleep. It seem to work. I will continue to see if this work. I hope so. Being a mommy is so hard because when you love someone sooooo much it hurts, it is so tough to not know what it is they want or need. I wish so badly she could tell me but all she can do is cry. It breaks my heart to hear her cry so the past few days have been a little hard. Sloane loves to be in her car seat in the car or stroller so when we are having a rough day we just go for a ride. That puts her right to sleep. Jeremy was the same way when he was a baby so Mimi would just put him in the car and take him for a ride. Daughter like daddy, its all his fault. I on the other hand never cried and would play in my crib and comfort myself....not sure why she could not have gotten my temperament rather than his. ;) love you hun. Well while this child is sleeping I better try to get the few minutes of rest that I can.
