Jeremys mom, sister and nanny gave us our first baby shower. It was at his moms house in Royse City and all of our family came. It was very nice. We had some friends there too but mainly family. Now I knew that people liked to buy baby girl clothes but I guess I had no idea until now. I have counted the outfits and we received around 30 outfits. WOW. Sloane you are hooked up baby girl. Lots of blankets too which we needed. Jeremy's cousin Eric and his wife hooked us up with lots of diapers. I don't see us spending much money for the first several weeks. One of my favorite gifts from the shower was made by Janice, one of Jeremy's fishing buddies wife. She is very talented and made letters of Sloane's name for her room. They are to die for. So, so, so cute. Also Dana and mom (and the rest of the fam) got us very important things that we registered for like our bouncer thing (i don't know what its called) and also the miracle blanket and the sleeper which will keep her from rolling over and from having to lay completely flat. That's important in case she has acid reflux like her mommy does, and her Aunt Dana, and her grandmom! It runs in our family big time. Even daddy has had some sympathy pain and had heart burn for the first time. LOL- poor daddy. Lynsey and her mom got us our boppy and we will use that alot. They also got us a lot of other goodies. We got so much stuff. I couldn't believe it. These pictures are not great, and its hard to see yourself so fat.
